Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking a Lead to oversee a warehouse team and drive efficient daily operations. You will manage workload, train staff, and ensure accurate inventory and on-time order completion while promoting safety and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications include 2 years in a warehouse environment, experience with WMS and handheld scanners, and a flexible schedule including overtime. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Flexible schedule with planned and unplanned overtime, including weekends.
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and ensure policy compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and provide backup to management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment.
