Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend performance improvements as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems; catalog and track goods and supplies.
