Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory accuracy and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend improvements.
• Utilize WMS and maintain work documents.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Provide support to warehouse management and back-up as needed.
• Track orders and investigate problems; manage goods and supplies.
• Adhere to 7S program and ensure a safe work environment.
