Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure accurate inventory, and guide the team to meet production and service standards. The role includes coaching staff, utilizing WMS, and upholding safety and quality policies.

You’ll be responsible for maintaining efficient processes, tracking orders, and ensuring excellent customer service while supporting a fast-paced environment in Sterling, VA.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance actions as needed.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures for compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and provide backup to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness per 7S program.
