GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for our Bristow, VA facility. The role oversees a warehouse team, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment while coaching staff and maintaining security and safety standards.

The position operates on the 1st shift, Monday through Friday, offering opportunities to drive efficiency and excellent service. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a warehouse and 1 year of SAP experience, plus hands-on use of WMS and handheld

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely order completion.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Support and backup to warehouse management and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain safety procedures and compliance.
