Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of taskers.
• Plan and close daily waves of orders; allocate, pick, and manifest.
• Understand and utilize system screens to monitor workload.
• Coordinate with operations to address inventory issues and scheduling.
• Schedule inbound carriers and outbound shipping; communicate with carriers.
• Generate reports and audit sheets to evaluate shift progress.
• Ensure data transmission with customer IT and procurement teams.
• Maintain clear shift turnover and communications.
