Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Garland, TX is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead-Tasker for 2nd shift. The role blends hands-on picking/loading with team leadership to manage inbound and outbound receipt and the flow of product through the distribution center.

You will lead a team of taskers, plan and close daily waves of orders, monitor system screens, coordinate inbound carriers and outbound shipping, and address overages, shorts and damages.

Qualifications

• Experience leading inbound/outbound teams.
• Experience with MHE and warehousing.
• Basic Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team of taskers.
• Plan and close daily waves of orders.
• Understand and utilize system screens to monitor workload.
• Coordinate inbound carriers and outbound shipping with operations.
• Identify and address overages, shorts and damages.
