Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a 1st Shift Group Coordinate Lead Inventory in McDonough, GA. The role leads a work group, assigns daily schedules, and ensures accurate warehouse operations. Strong forklift operation and warehouse experience are expected, with MS Office proficiency.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 months of warehouse and forklift experience, a high school diploma, and is capable of leading training. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience.
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training program within 30 days, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and train associates.
• Monitor progress and daily workloads for the work group.
• Conduct training for new associates and maintain logs.
• Review documents for accuracy and legibility.
• Open/close and secure the building; report unsafe conditions.
• Communicate work practices and procedures to associates.
