Job summary

Performance Team is hiring a Warehouse Associate Lead for the 2nd shift (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday) in Garden City, GA. This direct-hire position offers full benefits and pays $20.75 per hour.

The role oversees a team of 10+ in warehouse operations, ensuring accurate material handling—from receiving to shipping—and adherence to schedules. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and is capable of reading production schedules and requisitions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience acceptable.
• Ability to lead and direct 10+ employees in a warehouse.
• Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to move.
• Experience with palletizing, packing, and shipping processes.
• Willingness to adjust to second shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Leads a group of 10+ employees in warehouse operations.
• Motivates and directs team efforts; informs supervisor of problems.
• Reads schedules and orders to determine items to move and distribute.
• Conveys materials from receiving to storage or other areas.
• Sorts and places items on racks based on code, size, or type.
• Assembles customer orders and places on pallets or packing area.
• Marks materials with identifying information and records quantities.
• Weighs or counts items to ensure conformance to standards.
• Arranges product in sequence for assembly by others.
