Duties include pre-shift meetings, safety observations, coaching, yard marshalling, and supporting management to ensure smooth receiving, unloading and loading operations. Candidates should have at least 1 year in a warehouse lead role; lifting 25–75 lbs; willing to learn.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a warehouse lead role.
• Able to lift 25–75 lbs in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be trained; prior experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-shift meetings and coaching sessions.
• Oversee yard marshalling and safety observations.
• Support management and communicate with leadership.
• Learn receiving/unloading and loading operations.
• Move pallets/cases using forklift or pallet jack.
