Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• One year or more previous warehouse experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of the operations.
• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Allocate resources and organize daily work duties to team members for optimal shift logistics.
• Inspire and guide team members towards improved KPI using appropriate leadership styles.
• Provide orientation and tools to employees to perform their jobs.
• Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
• Handle day-to-day paperwork and daily reports; propose actions to improve operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
