Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Hanahan, SC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 5:30am-2:30pm). You will oversee key operations, lead supervisors and staff, and champion safety, quality and customer service across the warehouse.

Daily duties include staffing, training, scheduling, metrics reporting, and implementing process improvements. The role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to OSHA standards, and collaboration with maintenance and logistics partners to meet

Qualifications

• Requires 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field preferred; 4 years of supervision experience.
• Experience in AS9100/ISO environment and Lean/Six Sigma knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations and drive safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead and develop supervisors and staff; hire/train as needed.
• Ensure customer commitments are met and communicate with customers/vendors.
• Coordinate maintenance with the maintenance team and manage records/reports.
