Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Team Lead to manage daily warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficient, cost-effective service for internal and external customers. The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of leadership in fulfillment or e-commerce settings, strong WMS knowledge, and the ability to train and guide staff while maintaining safety and quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years leadership in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to monitor daily production goals and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and to stand, walk, and move equipment as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to train staff and address employee issues to maintain open communication.
• Ensure productivity and quality by mentoring the team, monitoring KPIs, and preparing detailed operational reports for decision-making.

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Operations Team Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. This critical role involves managing the daily operations of the Logistics Center in a cost-effective way, ensuring both internal and external customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will be a leader who fosters a productive and efficient environment, directly contributing to our ability to satisfy customer demands.

Schedule: 5 days per week, 7 am to 4 pm

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, meticulously organizing merchandise, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.


• Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations, provide comprehensive training, and elevate employee issues as necessary to maintain open communication.


• Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance by providing mentorship, monitoring team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision-making.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment, specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.


• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.


• Forklift certificate is a plus


• Physical requirements to lift at least 40 lbs, with frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping as required for the role.
