Job summary

Wegmans in Pottsville, PA is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead daily operations in our distribution center. You will supervise multiple employees across receiving, picking, and shipping, coordinate production tasks, and drive safe, accurate, on-time delivery to our stores.

You will uphold cold chain and food safety standards, manage inventory, and identify improvements to reduce costs. Strong leadership and computer skills are required; bilingual and distribution/warehouse experience

As a leader in our distribution centers, you will be responsible for leading incredible customer service and managing daily department operations. You will directly supervise multiple employees in various roles who are responsible for receiving vendor product and selecting store orders safely and efficiently to service our stores. What You'll Do

• Prioritize and oversee tasks to drive efficient, on-time completion

Requirements
