Job summary

Wegmans in Gambrills, MD offers a structured 6-month training program designed to prepare you for a Team Leader role within our fast-paced retail environment. You will develop leadership, customer service and operations skills while mentoring by a dedicated trainer, with opportunities to advance as you complete the program and move into a supervisory position.

Competitive pay from $21.75 to $22.50 per hour, weekend availability, and a full benefits package across health, retirement and education

• Customer service experience, preferably in a food service, grocery, or retail setting.
• Computer skills.
