Job summary

Wegmans in Woodbridge, VA invites energetic candidates to join a structured 6-month training program designed to prepare you for a Team Leader role. You'll gain hands-on experience in operations, people leadership, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

This full-time program includes mentorship, ongoing feedback, and the potential interview for or placement as a Team Leader as you progress with the store’s growth.

• Customer service experience in food service, grocery, or retail.
• Computer skills required.

This is a structured training program designed to be completed within 6 months with support from a mentor and trainer. Successful program completion will result in an interview for or placement as a Team Leader.

What will I do?
