ALPLA Jefferson City Plant is seeking a dependable warehouse professional to operate forklift equipment, manage shipments, and support inventory control in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution.
• Certified Fork Lift Operator required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow shipment procedures and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate and delegate tasks among warehouse staff for efficiency.
• Train new hires in inventory areas and forklift operations.
• Maintain inventory knowledge and correct dock procedures.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in the warehouse.

What Makes You Great

Education/Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent


• Experience in general warehousing, manufacturing or distribution


• Min 2 years of experience as Fork Lift Operator preferred


• Certified Fork Lift Operator
