Coleto Brands, parent company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is looking for a Warehouse Team Lead to join our growing team in Jefferson, GA. The regular work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with overtime as needed. We’re searching for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys mentoring others to achieve shared goals. To be successful in this role, you will need strong leadership and organizational skills, a deep understanding of warehouse operations, and the ability to coach and motivate a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Train, coach and guide team members to meet performance, quality, and safety standards
• Monitor employee productivity and provide real-time feedback and support
• Enforce compliance of all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Use SAP and RF devices to track order progress and ensure timely order picking and fulfillment
• Process orders to completion in SAP to ensure accuracy and readiness for shipment
• Ensure all shipments are properly labeled, packed, and secure for transit
• Participate in daily team huddles, safety meetings, and ongoing training sessions
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using the 5S methodology

Skills and Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume distribution center environment
• Previous leadership experience or experience in a lead/supportive role preferred
• Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficiency in operating all types of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT), including forklifts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example, build trust, and drive accountability
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Adaptable to changing business needs, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs
