Job summary

ACL Digital is seeking a Warehouse Systems Analyst to support the operational and functional implementation of Manhattan WMS across aerospace assembly and installation warehouses. This contract role focuses on go-live readiness, user training, and SOP development rather than system design.

The role requires 3–5+ years in WMS/warehouse operations, hands-on Manhattan WMS experience, and collaboration with IT and warehouse teams across Renton, Everett and Milton; on-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in WMS, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Direct Manhattan WMS implementation experience from a business/operational perspective.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Comfortable working on-site across multiple warehouse sites (Renton, Everett, Milton).
• Preferred: Prior Aerospace supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Manhattan WMS implementation (pre/post-launch, UAT, user training, and SOP development).
• Partner with IT & Warehouse Operations to resolve complex scenarios and manage system integration with SAP/ERP.
• Drive site-level adoption, compliance, and functionality rollouts across factory/warehouse floors.

Shift: Variable (1st, 2nd, or 3rd Shift based on business need)

Pay: $61/hr. on W2
