Job summary

Palermo Villa, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Systems Administrator on the 2nd shift to support Oracle Fusion and WMS within our Milwaukee facility.

The role focuses on data accuracy, order processing, and ensuring smooth integration between systems and warehouse teams. Based in Milwaukee, WI, this on-site position requires hands-on work with Oracle Fusion and WMS, allocating and closing orders, and collaborating with IT and operations to resolve issues and optimize workflows.

Qualifications

Located in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley, Villa Palermo is a state-of-the industry manufacturing facility that adjoins our company headquarters.

Our high-tech pizza manufacturing operations include an on-site bakery to produce best-in-class crusts, robotic packaging equipment, and a 24-hour shipping and receiving facility.

Our Warehouse Team contributes to Palermo’s success by ensuring that our warehouse keeps operations running to meet their OEE goal.

When you’ll work…

Our warehouse is a 24x7 operation. This role will support our 2nd shift operations, 2pm-10:30pm.

What you’ll do…

As a Systems Administrator – Oracle Fusion & WMS, you’ll support our warehouse operations by ensuring data accuracy, order processing efficiency, and smooth coordination between our systems and teams. You’ll work hands-on in Oracle Fusion and WMS to allocate products, close out orders, and troubleshoot system issues—all while collaborating closely with operations, IT, and purchasing.

You Will:

• Allocate, deallocate, and close orders in Oracle Fusion and WMS.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely processing of purchase and transfer orders.
• Partner with warehouse and production teams to address discrepancies and improve system workflows.
• Communicate system needs and resolutions between IT and operations.
• Maintain accurate reports and records.
