Palermo Villa, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Production Manager to lead production operations at our Canal Street facility and develop Supervisors across shifts.

You will drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost while partnering with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure reliable, high-quality output. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, a track record of coaching leaders, and experience with Oracle ERP or similar systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience leading supervisors, managers, or frontline leaders.
• Food/manufacturing regulatory experience preferred.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or similar manufacturing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations across multiple shifts, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.
• Coach and develop Production Supervisors and leaders across the organization.
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost metrics; optimize throughput.
• Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Planning and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee production planning, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Utilize ERP to manage reporting, inventory transactions, work orders and scheduling.
• Identify opportunities for Lean improvements and waste reduction.

PRODUCTION MANAGER

We're looking for a Production Manager to lead production operations at our flagship Canal Street facility. In this role, you'll provide leadership to Production Supervisors, partner across departments, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring exceptional performance in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

What You'll Do...

• Lead production operations across multiple shifts or production areas, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Production Supervisors while building accountability and leadership capability throughout the organization.
• Drive key operational metrics including safety, quality, productivity, labor efficiency, throughput, and cost.
• Partner closely with Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Bakery, Planning, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee production planning, staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Utilize Oracle ERP to manage production reporting, inventory transactions, work order completion, material consumption, and production scheduling.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, reduce waste, and improve manufacturing processes using Lean principles.
• Foster a culture built on safety, teamwork, accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring...

• Experience driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience with Oracle ERP or similar manufacturing systems is a plus.
