Palermo’s Pizza is seeking a Warehouse Systems Administrator to manage Oracle Fusion and WMS integration for our 2nd shift in Milwaukee, WI. You’ll ensure data accuracy, streamline order processing, and collaborate with IT, operations, and purchasing to keep warehouse systems aligned with production needs.

In this role, you’ll allocate and close orders, verify purchase and transfer orders, and maintain clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Allocate, deallocate, and close orders in Oracle Fusion and WMS.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely processing of purchase and transfer orders.
• Partner with warehouse and production teams to address discrepancies and improve system workflows.
• Communicate system needs and resolutions between IT and operations.
• Maintain accurate reports and records.
