Advantage Technical in Ayer, MA is hiring a Warehouse Support Specialist to operate a forklift, store goods, and prepare shipments. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, at $22 per hour, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; forklift certification is a plus. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, and strong attention to detail and communication are essential to support daily operations

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift to transport finished products throughout the warehouse.
• Store finished goods in designated warehouse locations.
• Load empty pallets and storage shells onto trucks for return shipments.
• Accurately tag and track finished product pallets.
• Receive, sort, and store incoming materials according to company procedures.
• Reload route trucks and process returned products.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain required records.
• Communicate with warehouse and production supervisors to support daily operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties as needed.
