Job summary

Qualifications

• Must satisfy CFR driving requirements and pass a DOT physical.
• Handheld scanner experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily driving and safety inspection of company vehicle.
• Transport goods to post office, bank, external warehouses, Ivoclar Mississauga Office, and various vendors.
• Execute movement and storage of archives and maintain Archive box listing spreadsheet.
• Execute hazardous material storage and disposal.
• Execute vehicle required fees (tolls, registrations, DOT related requirements).
• Execute the assembly of production orders.
• Execute the replenishment of items before picking, packing and shipping teams arrive.
• Execute cost center expense of parts for shipping boxes for distribution.
• Monitor working area to maintain LEAN 5S with a clean and safe work environment.

Warehouse Support Rep
Location: Amherst, NY

Essential Functions:

• Perform daily driving and safety inspection of company vehicle. Refuel company truck
  and vehicles while maintaining cleanliness inside and out
• Transport goods to post office, Bank, external warehouses, Ivoclar Mississauga Office,
  and various vendors
• Execute movement and storage of archives and maintain Archive box listing spreadsheet
• Execute hazardous material storage and disposal
• Execute vehicle required fees (tolls, registrations, DOT related requirements)
• Execute the assembly of production orders
• Execute the replenishment of appropriate items before picking, packing and shipping
  teams arrive
• Execute cost center expense of parts for shipping boxes for distribution
• Monitor working area to maintain an acceptable level of LEAN 5S by ensuring a clean and safe work environment, keeping workstations neat, aisles and pathways clear of debris and clutter and labeling items/areas where applicable

Secondary Functions:

• Assist Receiving team with receiving and put away of product

Qualifications:

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of Excel and Outlook required
• Prior warehousing experience required
• Product knowledge and SAP experience helpful, especially IMWM functions
• Proven communication/leadership skills and abilities required
• Must satisfy all driving requirements according to the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), insurance requirements, and ability to pass a DOT Physical
• Experience using a hand-held scanner a plus
