Job summary

Smith Drug Company is seeking a Warehouse Support Worker to help manage receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment. You will inspect inbound freight, use handheld scanners, and operate pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and forklifts while keeping accurate records and tidy work areas.

This on-site role requires the ability to read, write, and perform basic math, work as a team, and stay dependable and punctual. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, do mathematics, and comprehend instructions.
• Ability to work as a team, adapt quickly, learn new skills and moves independently.
• This is an on-site essential position during inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving and processing of incoming stock.
• Pick and pack orders to guarantee shipping schedules.
• Use computer, handheld electronic units, voice commend headsets.
• Use hand carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and run shrink wrap machinery.
• Put product away in appropriate areas with inbound/outbound freight.
• Organize product by expiration date and keep work areas clean.
• Follow all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

A Warehouse Support Worker is an integral part of the business. They oversee receiving and processing of incoming stock, picking and packing orders to guarantee shipping schedules are met with attention to detail to ensure timely delivery and loss prevention.

• Inventory Functions
• Unpacks, inspects, receives inbound, outbound freight
• Use computer, handheld electronic units, voice commend headsets
• Use hand carts, pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers, and run shrink wrap machinery
• Put product away in appropriate areas; with inbound/outbound freight and Replens
• Organizes product, by expiration date and keeps clean organize work areas
• Works as a team, has quality to work
• Is dependable, accurate, punctual, and problem solve
• Follow all safety and security policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

The work Schedule is Days. Monday - Friday 8AM-12PM

REQUIREMENTS
