Job summary

Houston Rockets is seeking a Part-Time Warehouse Associate to help move merchandise efficiently across our support operations. You will receive, organize, track, and distribute inventory while maintaining a safe, clean warehouse and assisting retail operations.

Part-Time Warehouse Associate

GENERAL

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for keeping merchandise moving by receiving, organizing, tracking, and distributing inventory while maintaining a safe, efficient warehouse and delivering exceptional support to retail operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintaining and controlling merchandise inventory
• Perform physical inventories as needed
• Ensuring that the Warehouse Receiving log is up to date at all times.
• Receiving shipments from the loading dock, inspecting merchandise for damage, and verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Assist in receiving merchandise (to include; matching merchandise to the correct purchase orders, counting, tagging, and labeling of merchandise in an organized manner within the warehouse)
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
• Distribute and run merchandise to retail locations in an efficient and timely manner
• Move portable stands around the building as needed
• Other duties assigned by manager
