Job summary

Haugland Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to support our St. Croix, VI warehouse location. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to follow directions, and committed to a safe, efficient operation.

Key duties include unloading, palletizing, organizing inventory, operating dollies, and coordinating with field crews. The position requires lifting over 50 lbs and may include occasional nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse and/or logistics experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with vehicles and equipment is preferred.
• Any prior experience operating equipment valued.
• Clean driving record.
• Capable of lifting more than 50 lbs and performing physically demanding tasks.
• Must be willing and able to work occasional nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for general warehouse duties including laboring, driving, and organizing inventory.
• Assist in preparing equipment and materials, and ensuring readiness of tools and supplies.
• Organize and maintain warehouse operations to support routine work.
• Unload, palletize, and store materials accurately and efficiently.
• Operate dollies and pallet jacks to safely move heavy equipment and boxes.
• Perform regular inspections of equipment to ensure readiness for field deployment.
• Work closely with field crews and supervisors to stage and dispatch materials and vehicles as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company safety standards.
• Support inventory tracking, cycle counts, and reordering of supplies and tools.
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned.
