System One is seeking a Warehouse Support Associate for an onsite contract role in Minneapolis, MN. You will perform order assembly, weigh/label/package items, and coordinate with the Warehouse team to fulfill customer requests.

Key duties include inventory management in the Warehouse Management System, maintaining a clean workspace, and delivering excellent service while adhering to safety procedures. Shift is M-F, first shift, 4:30am-12:30pm.

• Capable of working with limited supervision, individually or in a team.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in shifting tasks.
• Able to lift and manipulate 55 lbs safely and regularly.
• Proficient with computer-based systems and data entry.
• Displays strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Title: Warehouse Support Associate
Location: Minneapolis, MN

Hours: 40.0
Shift: M-F 1st shift. 4:30am-12:30p -37.5 hrs per week

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently execute customer Order Assembly requests - weighing, labeling, packaging, and delivering
• Accurately manage ingredient inventory via onsite Warehouse Management System in collaboration with Raw Material Coordinators and Warehouse team
• Develop ingredient expertise that enables quick troubleshooting and safe, efficient execution of order fulfillment
• Maintain organization of Order Assembly work space via safe use of carts, pallet jacks, powered pallet jacks & lifts
• Provide outstanding internal and external customer service

Requirements

• Must be capable of performing well with limited supervision, both individually, as well as in a team environment
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Able to lift and manipulate 55 lbs safely and frequently over an 8 hour period
• Able to demonstrate computer based system skills
• Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to perform well in a mechanical and technical environment
