Job summary

System One is seeking a Warehouse Support Associate for an onsite contract role in Minneapolis, MN. You will perform order assembly, weigh/label/package items, and coordinate with the Warehouse team to fulfill customer requests.

Key duties include inventory management in the Warehouse Management System, maintaining a clean workspace, and delivering excellent service while adhering to safety procedures. Shift is M-F, first shift, 4:30am-12:30pm.

Qualifications

• Capable of working with limited supervision, individually or in a team.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability in shifting tasks.
• Able to lift and manipulate 55 lbs safely and regularly.
• Proficient with computer-based systems and data entry.
• Displays strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer Order Assembly tasks: weighing, labeling, packaging, and delivery.
• Manage ingredient inventory using onsite Warehouse Management System.
• Develop ingredient expertise for quick troubleshooting and safe fulfillment.
• Keep Order Assembly area organized; operate carts, pallet jacks, and lifts safely.
• Provide outstanding internal and external customer service.
