Job summary

SouthernCarlson in Springdale, AR is seeking Warehouse Support to assist receiving, stocking, picking, and staging products in a fast-paced distribution center. The role offers a Monday–Friday day schedule with steady hours and hourly compensation based on experience.

You’ll contribute to inventory accuracy, help with loading and unloading, and support delivery prep while working with a team that values reliability, safety, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift experience is a plus and training is available.
• Warehouse or industrial experience is preferred.
• Team player with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, and stage products.
• Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
