Job summary

SouthernCarlson in North Canton, OH is seeking Warehouse Support team members who enjoy hands-on work and staying organized. This role supports stock, picking, and shipping in a fast-paced distribution environment.

You will participate in cycle counts, maintain inventory accuracy, and help with loading/unloading, while upholding safety and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated reliability and carefulness in daily tasks.
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly and work in a warehouse environment.

• Forklift experience a plus (we can train)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred
• Team player with a customer-first mindset
