Job summary

SouthernCarlson in Tampa, FL is hiring Warehouse Support for a Monday–Friday day shift. You will receive, stock, pick, and stage products and help with delivery preparation in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

We’re hiring Warehouse Support team members who enjoy hands‑on work, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team. If you take pride in accuracy and enjoy a fast‑paced environment, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

• Receive, stock, pick, and stage products

• Load/unload trucks and organize warehouse inventory

• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Help with delivery prep and customer order staging

• Assist with cycle counts, bin maintenance and other inventory projects

What We’re Looking For

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Ability to lift 51–75 lbs regularly

• Forklift experience a plus (we can train)

• High school diploma or GED required

• Previous warehouse or industrial experience preferred

• Team player with a customer‑first mindset
