Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Lincolnton, NC to lead a Friday–Sunday shift (5:00 AM–5:30 PM) with a pay rate of $27/hour.

You will drive daily operations, support a safety-first culture, and manage a hands-on team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Requirements include 2+ years of supervision, a high school diploma or equivalent, and fluency in English (Spanish a plus).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Must be able to operate a forklift after training and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to email professionally.
