Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a fast-paced warehouse team. You will drive daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and align your team with company goals.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook. Forklift experience is required or training provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset and ability to operate forklifts (training provided).
• Strong communication skills; Spanish-speaking is a plus.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• A hands-on mindset - ready to operate forklifts (training provided!) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and email. Spanish-speaking is a plus!
