Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a Supervisor Lead with Purpose to drive daily operations in our fast-paced warehouse environment. You will inspire teams, uphold safety, and deliver top-tier results while building a workplace where people feel valued.

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset, able to operate forklifts, training provided, lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and email; Spanish speaking is a plus.
