Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a Supervisor at our Hope Mills, NC facility. You will lead daily warehouse operations, align your team with company goals, and foster a safe, inclusive environment while pushing for excellence.

Requirements include 2+ years supervisory experience in a fast-paced setting, a HS diploma or GED, proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook, and the ability to operate forklifts up to 70 lbs (training provided). Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Willingness to operate forklifts (training provided) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; basic email skills.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
