Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Wintersville, OH is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, inspire teams, and deliver top performance with safety and accountability at the forefront.

You will manage resources, drive continuous improvement, coach staff, and work with leadership to meet customer needs. Requires 2+ years of supervision, a High School Diploma or GED, and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; forklift training provided; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook; able to use web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset with forklift operation (training provided) and lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication; Spanish is a plus.
