Job summary

The Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a supervisory professional to lead a fast-paced warehouse team in Wisconsin. You will align operations with company goals, foster a safe and inclusive environment, and ensure efficiency and accountability on the job floor.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervisory experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook. Forklift operations are required (training provided); Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset ready to operate forklifts (training provided) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills written, verbal, and email.
• Spanish-speaking is a plus.
