Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor at our Laurens, SC site to lead daily operations, inspire teams, and drive safety, efficiency, and accountability. This hands-on role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience and the ability to operate forklifts (training provided).

You will work to keep a clean, safe, and productive facility. Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, MS Word/Excel/Outlook proficiency, and a willingness to engage customers and teammates with

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Forklift operation training provided; lift up to 70 lbs.
• Spanish language skills a plus.

• A hands‑on mindset—ready to operate forklifts (training provided!) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and email. Spanish‑speaking is a plus!
