The role emphasizes safety, performance, and empathy while delivering top-tier results. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehousing or manufacturing, with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset with forklift operation (training provided) and ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills, written, verbal, and email; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
