Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll inspire teams, drive excellence, and ensure people feel valued as part of a safety-focused culture.

The role emphasizes empathy, teamwork, and strategic resource allocation to meet customer needs. Training for forklift operation is provided, and the company offers strong benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset—comfortable operating forklifts (training provided) and lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Strong verbal/written communication skills; Spanish-speaking is a plus.
