Job summary

Rehrig Pacific Company is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting in Wintersville, OH. You will inspire teams, drive excellence, and maintain a workplace where every employee is valued.

Responsibilities include optimizing resources, ensuring safety, and upholding high standards of performance, with training provided for forklift operation. Excellent communication is essential, including English and Spanish as a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and web-based tools.
• Hands-on mindset - operate forklifts (training provided) and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and email; Spanish a plus.
