Role

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing warehouse operations and procedures to ensure departmental effectiveness and efficiency so that all product, supply and equipment needs are met throughout the venue. Under the direction of management, the Warehouse Supervisor supports the preparation process for events by overseeing tasks and delegating responsibilities to warehouse staff, prioritizing safety, organization, and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and plan all warehousing activities with the Management team.
• Delegate responsibilities to warehouse associates.
• Assist with the intake of deliveries by receiving, storing, and distributing all items to designated storage locations.
• Ensure proper execution of delivering food, beverage and other products throughout the venue in a safe and timely manner.
• Collect invoices from all new product deliveries.
• Compare Purchase Orders to deliveries and communicate any variances or discrepancies to management.
• Use storage systems, policies and procedures to maximize space and efficiency, applying first-in, first-out inventory controls where applicable.
• Submit reports to management regarding damage, outdated stock, over/under shipments, return of goods to vendor, etc.
• Inspect stands for deficiencies and report any concerns to Management.
• Assist with moving equipment as required for events throughout the venue.
• Perform general housekeeping and cleaning as needed around all concessions and warehouse areas.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required by Management.

Qualifications

• Experience in the receipt, storage, or distribution of food, beverage, supplies, or equipment preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, speak and write English to communicate with staff and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work all venue events, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in an open‑aired environment during all climate conditions.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a well‑groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards.
• Sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10–30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette preferred.
• Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting.

Licenses & Certifications

• Required – RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring, if necessary).
• Preferred – Forklift Certification.
