Job summary

DART WAREHOUSE CORPORATION is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and supervise associates to hit daily production goals. The role emphasizes clear direction, performance feedback, and adherence to company policies.

You will conduct pre-shift briefings, review objectives, and coordinate with Management to resolve issues, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within a busy facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Warehouse Supervisor experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set priorities, assign work, and direct associates to meet daily production goals.
• Review objectives, determine productivity needs, and guide shift outcomes.
• Lead pre-shift meetings and submit end-of-shift reports.
• Train, enforce, and communicate company policies and procedures.
