Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead receiving, storage, and shipping operations in our Batavia, IL facility. You will ensure safe procedures, accurate material handling, and timely documentation while guiding a team of material handlers, shippers, and truck drivers.

We value GMP compliance, effective inventory control, and collaboration with internal departments to meet shipment goals and optimize packaging supply chain operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse settings.
• Experience with material handling, logistics and shipping processes.
• 3-5 years of warehouse fundamentals demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, shipping and warehouse processes while enforcing safety and GMP standards.
• Lead inventory control, cycle counts and accurate documentation.
• Negotiate with vendors to receive best pricing within corporate guidelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication and ensure timely shipments.
• Train, develop, and supervise warehouse staff and drivers.
