Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Material Handler to support the Warehouse Manager and Shipping Coordinator with daily shipping/receiving tasks. This role involves moving finished goods from the production line, staging on trailers, and handling inbound raw materials, with emphasis on accuracy and safety.

Strong attention to detail and adherence to GMP are required. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, inspecting trailers, maintaining inventory using the dcLINK system, and ensuring proper

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and hand–eye coordination for fast material handling.
• Ability to order and organize tasks in a set sequence.
• Good near vision for reading labels and paperwork.
• Physical flexibility to bend, stretch, twist, or reach as needed.
• Fast finger/hand movements for scanning and moving items.
• Coordination of multiple limbs for safe lifting and placement.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders for shipping using the dcLINK system and accommodate special handling requirements.
• Load and unload trucks; inspect trailers and ensure product integrity.
• Move finished goods from production to trailer and stage for shipment.
• Inspect items being unloaded for damage; ensure paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by scanning and moving goods in dcLINK; track locations and shipments.
• Verify components of sales orders are present before shipment; report discrepancies.
