Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Batavia, IL to lead receiving, shipping and warehouse operations. You will ensure safe, compliant procedures, oversee material handling and coordinate with drivers, while maintaining accurate inventory and documentation.

You will train and supervise staff, enforce GMP standards, conduct cycle counts, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience and an associates (or bachelor) in a related field are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• 3-5 years experience in material handling, logistics and warehouse fundamentals.
• Associates degree preferred; Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond proactively to performance concerns, discipline, employee complaints and other employee relations matters.
• Ensure department meets GMP standards.
• Train, develop and supervise warehouse staff including material handlers, shipping and receiving and truck drivers.
• Oversee incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
• Ensure all material moving into, out of, and through the facility are properly scanned into the business system.
