Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment emphasizing employee involvement and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures and with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
