Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Charlotte, NC to lead safety, production and attendance across shifts.

You will train teams, optimize productivity, ensure accuracy and exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with all policies and regulations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent), can lift 70 lbs, and thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety
• Facilitates training with new and current employees and ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures
• Manages department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency and fosters a positive, team-oriented environment
