Job summary

Lineage is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in Tremonton, UT to partner with Operations Leadership and ensure all warehouse functions meet service, quality, safety and productivity standards.

You will plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates, report defects with corrective actions, manage loading/unloading and forklift operations, and coordinate inspections and shipments with Traffic and Customer Service. Some weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse and/or logistics environment.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends if needed.
• Comfort with varying noise levels in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign and direct the work of warehouse associates within a designated area.
• Report defective or damaged products and follow up with appropriate corrective action.
• Manage warehouse associate responsibilities including loading/unloading and forklift operation.
• Handle and document daily inspections including equipment and inbound/outbound trailer inspections.
• Check inbound/outbound shipments for compliance and report quantity/quality issues.
• Maintain communication with Traffic and Customer Service.
• Coach and provide feedback to warehouse associates.
• Perform assigned projects as instructed.
